PE POM Inner Liner Extruding Machine

I Summary

The PE extruding machine is used to make PE inner liner. With automatic plastic granule feeding into material hopper, and screw thread conveyor into heating unit, melting and extruding out the PE liner.

II Configuration and performance

The plastic particles are attracted by the automatic feeding hopper and sent to the hopper, gradually softened in the heated barrel by the screw rotation and sent to the front end of the screw, and then extruded from the die mouth through the extrusion die.

• Drawing machine: include cooling system [stainless steel tank, sprayer, 110w water pump], 5 sets of pulley, one sets of drawing ball, and one set of 1.5kw speeding motor.
• Vacuum system: Include two vacuum tanks, vacuum pump, ball valve, vacuum gauge, inlet/outlet hose and 110w water pump.
• Control cabinet: include extruder, drawing machine, vacuum pump and heater, etc.
• The screw barrel has high precision and stable extrusion pressure.
• High heating efficiency, rapid temperature rise and good temperature maintenance.
• The equipment is manufactured precisely and the quality is stable.
