Ⅰ Machine Description
1. CNC System:
This machine's system, independently developed from a Taiwanese CNC system, enables five-axis control during welding, capable of welding any shape. The system interface combines graphics and data, with automatic nesting and wireless remote control. It's simple and intuitive, offering easy operation, strong expansion capabilities, and excellent stability.
2. Dedicated Spindle Clamping and Tailstock Support:
The machine's spindle utilizes a precision motor reduction mechanism and an angle feedback loop to ensure stable spindle rotation speed and accurate angular positioning, with recognition capabilities down to 0.001° and system programming capabilities down to 0.01° . A dedicated fixture holds the tool spindle, and tailstock advance and retraction can be controlled via a wireless handheld operator station, making operation quick and easy. This machine has a rotary welding range of 400 mm, a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, and a maximum clamping length of 3100 mm.
3. Welding Gun and Welding Machine:
Available welding guns and welding machines are from renowned brands. The welding gun head can rotate 240° and is equipped with optional anti-collision sensors, gun cleaning, and wire cutting mechanisms. The welding gun's zero point is located on the end of the blade shaft closest to the chuck.
