I Summary

The outer casing machine is used to produce flexible hose continuously. The outer casing hose is widely used for control cable, such as brake cable, clutch cable, throttle wire, etc. The inner plastic hose can be optional for different purpose.

II Feature

Equipped with inverter from Mitsubishi, Japan for main motor speed adjustment.

Wire and inner hose feeding device has function option as "Manual" and "Automatic"

Equipped with auto alarm and emergency stop function if no wire / inner hose feeding

Equipped with electric crane for wire bobbin lifting up and down.

Equipped with double-side bobbin, double differential mechanism and double brakes.

III Main Configuration

1- All bearing and bearing blocks are imported from Japan.

2- Inverter from Mitsubishi or Panasonic, Japan.

3- PLC controller from Omron, Japan.

4- All the conveyor belts are imported.
