Prevention of vibration and noise during installation of spiral duct
The prevention of vibration and noise is an important part of the installation process. The prevention of vibration and noise of the spiral air duct during installation mainly starts from the following aspects:
① When installing the fan, install the vibration damping device according to the design requirements or construction specifications.
② The fan and the spiral air pipe are connected by a hose. The hose at the suction port of the fan must be properly tightened to avoid noise and vibration caused by reducing the area of the air inlet and outlet due to soft connection.
③ The production, installation and connection of the spiral air pipe are tightly connected without air leakage, so as to avoid air leakage noise.
④ In order to prevent the spiral air duct from vibrating, a fixing bracket is set at the turning point of each system's spiral air duct and the connection with the fan and the air outlet.
The air leakage test of the spiral air pipe is completed, and the air leakage test is required. According to the regulations, the air leakage detection of the spiral air pipe adopts a combination of the legality of light leakage and the quantitative detection of the air leakage test. The light leakage method is suitable for medium 1. Strictness inspection of low-pressure system; air leakage test is suitable for random inspection of medium-pressure system and full inspection of high-pressure system.
