2. Basic treatment: backfill with gravel or masonry concrete, level the base, replace with 30-50cm thick gravel material, the density is more than 90%, choose an appropriate flowing longitudinal slope of about 3%, and determine each channel The centerline and sidelines of the culvert.
3. In the construction of corrugated pipe culverts, the section construction method is adopted, and two angle steels are used in parallel at the base of the original arch culvert in advance. The length is determined according to the length of the culvert. The diameter of the assembled pipe is 0.5m-2.5m, and the length of each section is 3.06 meters. The inner (outer) flange bolts are used for connection. The pipe diameter of the assembled pipe is 3m-8m. The high-strength bolts are fastened between the plates and the plates.
4. If the length of the culvert is less than 30 meters, and the width of both sides of the corrugated pipe culvert and the original culvert is greater than 80cm, the entire corrugated pipe culvert can be pushed downstream or upstream to one end. Can be used to fill back gravel, gravel soil, masonry, etc. The top adopts masonry stone or high-pressure pumping expansion cement mortar.
5. If the length of the culvert is greater than 30 meters, and the width of both sides of the corrugated pipe culvert and the original culvert are less than 80cm, the 3m-6m long culvert pipe can be pushed downstream or upstream to one end, and it can be fixed after it is in place. The distance between the wall, the other end of the corrugated pipe culvert and the culvert is blocked with sandbags or mortar masonry stones, and the width is 50cm, and then backfilling begins. Both sides can be compacted by coarse sand watertight method or tamped by pouring concrete vibrating rod. The top adopts high-pressure pumping expansion cement mortar. After the surrounding pipe is filled, the second section is transported to connect the two pipes. After the connection is completed, the backfill is carried out in the same way as above, and the construction of the corrugated pipe culvert is completed in this order.
